Our bikes ship nearly 100% assembled. You simply need to unfold the bike, secure the handlebars, and attach the pedals before your first ride.
What is the shipping policy and estimated delivery time?
We offer free shipping to the lower 48 United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking 5-7 business days depending on your location.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every Lectric eBike is backed by a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty, covering all defects in materials and workmanship.
Are the bikes water-resistant for riding in the rain?
Yes, our bikes are rated IP65 for water resistance, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes; however, they should not be submerged or washed with high-pressure hoses.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
