At Lectric eBikes®, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ride. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your eBike within 14 days of delivery provided it has less than 10 miles on the odometer.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify your eligibility based on mileage and condition.
- 2.Pack Your eBike
Carefully repackage your bike in its original factory packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit; all original components and accessories must be included.
- 3.Ship It Back
Attach the provided shipping label and drop off your package at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage and mileage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
